Jawwad goes from a 3rd place finish in the 23/24 season to outside the top 10 in 24/25. The predictions of larger spaces hindering him came to fruition and he struggled to keep up with the changing times. The difference was not in the numbers though as Jawwad finished similar in GN PPG and RPG, while improving his PPG. Jawwad’s issues lie beyond the numbers. In the bigger court, he needs to improve his spacing on offense and positioning on defense. He has to let the game flow to him rather than through him. Defensively, he has to do his work early to position himself into a spot that makes him the towering figure he is in the paint. Only time will tell if J-dawg can get back into the top 10 but history is certainly on his side.

Biggest of the bigs in GNBL, Jawwad is a matchup nightmare on a nightly basis. His length along with his mid range touch make it difficult for teams in the paint on both ends.
